The production process

The entire grape processing cycle takes place under the supervision, technical support, and control of the Collis Veneto Wine Group’s team of agronomists and oenologists.

First

comes the choice of the best grape variety for planting, work in the vineyard, vine treatments, training on environmental sustainability projects, and the right time to begin harvesting.

Then

comes the delivery of the grapes at the winery, tests of the sugar level and other quality parameters testifying to an entire year’s work, and processing in more than 2000 vessels that, guided by oenologists and vintners, enable excellent vinification of the different grape varieties.

Finally

the production of high quality structured wines relies on drying in lofts equipped with systems for constant temperature, humidity, and ventilation control.

The wine, produced on around 6000 hectares, will then be sold partly on the market and partly to companies in the Group, including Cantine Riondo, a bottling and marketing company wholly owned by Collis Veneto Wine Group that distributes the wine in over 60 countries worldwide.
