Production zone: the rolling plains between the cities of Verona and Vicenza.
Tasting notes: straw yellow with a fruity aromas on the nose; dry and fresh, soft and pleasant on the palate.
Vinification and aging: gentle pressing followed by temperature controlled fermentation at low temperatures. Fining takes place in modern stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol: 11 % vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: it matches perfectly delicate first courses such as soup dishes and light second courses such as chicken and rabbit. It should be served chilled to a temperature of 10-12° C.
