Production zone: the rolling plains with clay soil in the Veneto region.
Tasting notes: pale straw with greenish reflections round the rim. Intensely aromatic on the nose and a fine, elegant palate with good length on the finish.
Vinification and aging: grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe in order to bring the optimum perfume of the variety to the wine. Gentle pressing and a slow fermentation at a temperature of around 16°C are followed by fining on the lees for at least 3 months.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: ideal with salty soups and white meat dishes, even those with aromatic herbs added. Served at a temperature of 12°C.
