Grapes: Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio.
Production zone: slopes in the hills of the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions.
Tasting notes: pale straw with greenish reflections; elegant and intense on the nose with perfumes of chamomile and citrus fruits and background notes of vanilla from the brief wood aging. The palate is dry with a persistent finish and a gentle acidity.
Vinification and aging: gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel followed by fining in stainless steel and a brief aging in large oak casks.
Alcohol: 12 % vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: good as an aperitif with salty snacks, but also with mature cheeses, vegetable or fish-based pasta and risotto dishes and main courses of fish, white meats or vegetarian dishes. It should be served chilled to a temperature of 10-12°C.
