Pinot Bianco D.O.C. Colli Berici

Grapes: Pinot Bianco.

Production zone: in the gentle hills around the villages of Lonigo, Sarego and Meledo.

Vinification and aging: selected grapes are crushed and pressed very gently and the must, once clarified, is fermented at low temperatures.

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Food pairing and serving temperature: ideal with a variety of fish, shellfish and crustaceans but also with vegetable based risottos. Serve cool at a temperature of around 10-12° C.
