Grapes: Malvasia.
Production zone: the rolling plains of the the Veneto region.
Tasting notes: straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose it presents a range of complex aromas and on the palate it is fresh with a low acidity.
Vinification and aging: de-stemming, crushing and clarification of the must are followed by gentle pressing and temperature controlled fermentation at around 18°C. Fining takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol: 12 % vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: it matches well with delicately flavoured first courses, second courses based on fish or chicken and fresh cheeses. It should be served chilled to a temperature of 8-10° C.
