Grapes: Garganega and Prosecco.

Production zone: slopes in the hills from the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Tasting notes: pale straw colour with a lively perlage; floral aromas on the nose are followed by a well-balanced palate with a fresh, fruity character and a good acidity.

Alcohol: 12 % vol.

Food pairing and serving temperature: good as an aperitif or with light pasta dishes, fish, seafood and even cured meats.
