Grapes: Garganega plus a small percentage of Trebbiano di Soave.
Production zone: To the East of the city of Verona where the plains meet the foot- hills of the Lessinia Mountains.
Tasting notes: A bright, straw-yellow colour veils the fine and persistent perlage. The nose presents the typical characteristics of Soave with a fresh fruitiness found also on the palate, which is harmonious and rounded.
Vinification and aging: Soave D.O.C. undergoes a secondary fermentation in tank using the Charmat method.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: A main feature at any party or served as an aperitif. At its best served well-chilled in flutes with the bottle kept on ice at a temperature that should never exceed 6°C.
