Rosa del Colle Rosato I.G.T. Veneto

Grapes: Merlot and Corvina.

Production zone: from vineyards at the foot of the hills of Verona.

Tasting notes: a lovely, intense, elegant pink colour with delicate perfumes. Harmoniously balanced and fruity on the palate.

Vinification and aging: the grapes are gently pressed and given a brief contact with the must. Fermentation at low temperatures maintains the freshness and the intriguing colour of the wine.

Alcohol: 11,5% vol.

Food pairing and serving temperature: excellent with traditional cured meats, with fresh-water fish and also with fresh cheeses. It should be served chilled to a temperature of 6°C.
