Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
Production zone: from the sunny slopes of the valleys around the villages of Tregnago, Mezzane and Marcellise.
Tasting notes: intense ruby-red with a fresh, fragrant perfume. Slightly bitter on the finish with a well-rounded and velvety palate.
Vinification and aging: maceration of the grapes and carefully controlled fermentation to give the optimum quality.
Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: best served with white and delicate red meats, but also with elaborate roasts and braised meats. Serve soon after opening at a temperature of 16-18° C.
