Red Wines

Raboso I.G.T. Veneto

Grapes: Raboso, with its large, elongated bunches.

Production zone: from the plains of the Veneto region, which, thanks to the calcareous soils and wide temperature ranges, are particularly suited to the variety.

Tasting notes: intense, ruby-red colour with perfumes of cherry, wild violets and blackberry on the nose. On the palate it is dry and full-bodied with a notable acidity.

Vinification and aging: this variety is traditionally late harvested, leaving the grapes to reach over-ripeness on the vine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25 - 30°C in order to extract maximum colour. The wine is then matured for at least six months in large oak casks.

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.

Food pairing and serving temperature: excellent accompaniment to white meats, grilled meats and a variety of cured meats. Serve a temperature of 20 °C.

Available in formats: 0,75 lt. Bordeaux bottle
