Production zone: from the foothills to the East of the city of Verona.

Tasting notes: ruby-red colour, well-structured and harmoniously balanced with a long and vinous character on the palate.

Vinification and aging: traditional fermentation and maceration with prolonged skin contact after gentle crushing.

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Food pairing and serving temperature: this Merlot is suitable for serving throughout the meal, but especially with light-flavoured meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
