Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone.
Production zone: from the typical production area in the hills to the East of Lake Garda.
Tasting notes: intense ruby-red colour. On the nose it is vivacious and perfumed. On the palate it is fruity and well-balanced with mineral notes.
Vinification and aging: maceration and fermentation take place under controlled temperatures. The wine is fined in traditional vats.
Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: a good accompaniment to risotto dishes and white meats as well as fresh-water fish and medium-strength cheeses. It should be drunk shortly after opening the bottle at a temperature of 14-16 °C.
