Grapes: Tai Rosso
Production zone: the classic, restricted area in the best positioned hills around Barbarano Vicentino.
Tasting notes: a fairly intense ruby-red colour and a typical floral fragrance. The palate is dominated by fresh red fruits; notably cherry, plum and strawberry.
Vinification and aging: vinification takes place with special attention to the maceration times and temperatures during fermentation.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: suitable for serving with a variety of dishes. Excellent with rich pasta dishes but also with white meats and cured meats. Serve at a temperature of 16-18° C.
