Production zone: in the foot-hills around the village of Colognola to the East of the city of Verona.
Tasting notes: pale, straw yellow with greenish highlights. The perfume is characteristic of bottle fermented wines, with the fragrance of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and easy drinking.
Vinification and aging: the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and pressed immediately. The must is then clarified before temperature controlled fermentation. The secondary fermentation, which takes place in your own home at low temperatures, will produce the refreshing bubbles.
Alcohol: 11 % vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: ideal as an aperitif to serve at home among friends. Serve at a temperature of 6-8° C.
