Production zone: in the gentle hills around the villages of Lonigo, Sarego and Meledo. The best quality grapes are sourced from the coolest vineyards with a Northerly exposure.
Tasting notes: fairly intense straw yellow colour. The nose has a delicate perfume reminiscent of sage. On the palate it is dry, well-balanced and intense.
Vinification and aging: in order to obtain the best and most typical perfumes characteristic of the Sauvignon, it is necessary to protect it at all stages of the production from oxidization. It is also of great importance to work at low temperatures prior to fermentation and then during the storage of the wine.
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: particularly recommended with fish based starters and lightly cooked fish dishes. Serve cool at a temperature of around 10-12° C.
