Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation with 7-8 days maceration on the grape-skins. Aging takes place in large oak casks for at least 18 months followed by fining in bottle for minimum 6 months.
Tasting notes: cherry red colour with violet reflections. An intense fruity aroma with notes of spice and toasted wood. Well-balanced and velvety textured with a persistent flavour on the palate.
Food pairing: excellent with white meats, chicken and light-flavoured roasts.
