Turano Rosso I.G.T. Veronese
Available in the month of November
Grapes: Corvina and Merlot.
Production zone: from vineyards in the province of Verona.
Tasting notes: intense, ruby-red colour with a fresh, very fruity and youthful vinous nose. On the palate it is soft and persistent, full-flavoured and velvety textured.
Vinification and aging: carbonic maceration of whole grapes and temperature controlled fermentation. The wine is fined in stainless steel.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: delicious even by itself, although it suits a range of delicately flavoured dishes. Traditionally consumed with roasted chestnuts in November. Serve a temperature of 18° C.
