Massimago Rosso I.G.T. Veronese

Grapes: Corvina and Corvinone.

Production zone: from the hilly areas to the East of Verona.

Tasting notes: a dense, red colour with a powerful nose of red fruits and complex balsamic notes. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, robust and well-rounded with a very long finish.

Vinification and aging: hand-picked grapes are dried under controlled conditions until fermentation in December or January. The fermentation is slow and the maceration on the skins can last up to twenty days before ageing partially in wood. The wine is released after minimum one year of aging.

Alcohol: 13,5 - 14,5% vol.

Food pairing and serving temperature: at its best served with roasted meats, game stews and braised red meats. Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
