Crearo Bianco I.G.T. Verona

 

Grapes: Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave.

 

Production zone: the hills to the East of the City of Verona.

 

Tasting notes: intense gold colour and a perfume of apple and peach.

 

Vinification and aging: the grape bunches are dried, then de-stemmed before undergoing gentle pressing. A long, slow fermentation, partly in large oak casks, is followed by aging for at least a year in the winery.

 

Alcohol: 12-12,5% vol.

 

Food pairing and serving temperature: it matches well with the traditional cake called 'Pandoro di Verona' and even bitter chocolate. It should be served chilled to a temperature of 8-10° C.
